Ravenna Animal Hospital
Seattle Veterinary Associates, a doctor-owned, multi hospital, AAHA accredited practice, is currently seeking a detail-oriented individual who enjoys animals and public contact, to join our self directed team of professionals at Ravenna Animal Hospital.
The right individual for this position will be detail oriented, compassionate, and a team player who possesses the ability to multi-task and prioritize a busy workflow while working with a diverse clientele. Part time hours between 25-29 hours per week. Shifts include Saturday coverage.
Pay for skills program has an hourly compensation range beginning at $13.00. As you master your skills, the wage will increase to a maximum of $15.00 per hour. Cashier, reception, and/or veterinary experience a plus!
Duties include but not limited to:
• Client interaction
• Multi-phone lines
• Scheduling and invoicing
• Filing
• Ability to handle emergencies
• Daily cash drawer balancing
• Accurate computer data entry
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, busy environment
*Ability to stand for long periods
*Ability to lift 40 pounds
*Excellent benefits begin after 90 days, and includes:
